The Riedel Room is the only private dining space in Japan branded by the renowned wine glass manufacturer Riedel. Featuring exquisite millwork fixtures and hand-carved furnishings, the room is decorated with paintings and accessories that bring to mind a 18th-century English manor house. Time flows gracefully in the refined and stately surrounds of this traditional Classic European space.

<Cancellation Policy>
Cancellations or changes in the number of guests on the day of the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the food and beverage bill.
For reservations of 10 or more persons and reservations for private rooms, a cancellation fee of 70% of the food and beverage bill will be charged for cancellations made the day before the event / 50% of the food and beverage bill will be charged for cancellations made the day before the event.

Riedel was the first wine glass manufacturer in the world to produce glasses tailored to each varietal. The Riedel Room houses a special cabinet displaying handmade glasses and decanters in the top-tier Signature Series, in which each item is carefully crafted by highly skilled glass-blowers. 

Our sommelier has curated special pairings with La Baie's menu, drawing on our list of more than 400 wines ranging from New World releases to rare vintage wines that will excite the most avid connoisseur.
